These terms cover the use of Track-Pad and the services Track-Pad provides. By browsing the site, submitting a form, or hiring us, you agree to what is written below.
Track-Pad is a digital growth agency based in Frederick, Maryland, working with a remote team. We handle performance marketing, creative production, web development, e-commerce and Amazon support, and business automation.
Our services include Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, web development, graphic design, video editing, 2D animation, Amazon services, virtual assistant support, and automation builds using n8n and Zapier.
The exact scope of any project is whatever is written in the proposal or quote we send you. Anything not written there is not included.
Read our pages, download anything we publish for free, and get in touch. What you may not do is copy our page content, case studies, or design work and pass it off as your own, scrape the site at scale, or push anything harmful through our forms.
Quotes are based on the information you give us at the time. If the scope changes after work starts, the price and timeline change with it, and we will tell you before doing the extra work.
Every quote carries its own validity window, written on the quote itself. If a lot of time passes before you decide, we may need to re-price.
Advertising budget is separate from our fee. Here is who pays what:
Cost | Paid to |
Our management or project fee | Track-Pad |
Ad budget on Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon | The platform, from your own billing method |
Shopify plans, hosting, domains, premium plugins | The provider, on your own account |
Stock footage, fonts, paid assets, automation tiers | The provider, unless your quote says otherwise |
You keep control of your ad spend and your subscriptions. We will tell you what a project needs before you commit to it.
Ad platforms set their own rules. Suspensions, policy rejections, cost jumps, and algorithm changes sit outside our control, though we will work with you to fix them.
Projects run on time when you:
If material you supply causes a legal complaint, that liability is yours, not ours.
How many revision rounds you get depends on the project. A single graphic and a full website need different amounts of back and forth, so the number included is written into your proposal. Anything outside the original brief is quoted separately.
Approval is final. Once you sign off on a design, video, page, or campaign build, further changes count as new work.
We give realistic delivery dates and work to them. Late feedback, missing assets, platform review queues, and third-party approvals push the date out by the same amount of time.
We use tested strategies and report honestly on what they produce. We do not guarantee specific rankings, sales figures, return on ad spend, follower counts, or approval from any platform. Marketing results depend on your product, pricing, market, and offer as much as on our work.
Final deliverables become yours once the project is paid for in full. Before that, they stay ours.
We keep ownership of our internal processes, templates, frameworks, and any source files, scripts, or working assets not listed in the deliverables.
Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show finished work in our portfolio, case studies, and social content.
When you give us access to ad accounts, Shopify or WordPress admin, Amazon Seller Central, analytics, or automation platforms, we use it only for the work you hired us for. Access is removed when the engagement ends, or earlier if you ask. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Anything you share with us about your business, numbers, suppliers, or plans stays private. We expect the same in return for our pricing, proposals, and internal methods.
Either side can end an engagement in writing by email. We do not lock clients into long contracts. Notice periods sit in your proposal, since a one-off project and an ongoing ad retainer need different wind-down times. Work completed up to that date is payable, and any deposit covering work already done is not refunded.
Full details are in our Cancellation Policy.
We are responsible for delivering the work in your proposal to a professional standard. We are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, platform bans, or knock-on business losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at what you paid us for that service.
We may update these terms as our services change. If you have a live project, the terms in your proposal apply for its duration.
