Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Advance Payment Orders:
For orders requiring advance payment, cancellations made before dispatch will be refunded as per our Refund Policy. Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for a refund of the advance amount.
