Refund Policy Overview:

  • Subscription-Based Services:
    If you are not satisfied with the services provided under any of our subscription plans, you may request a refund within the first 14 days of your subscription. The refund will be processed for unused services only.
  • Consultation Services:
    For consultation services, refunds are available if the session was not fulfilled as per the scheduled time or if the expert support did not meet our service standards. Please submit your refund request within 7 days of the consultation.
  • Custom Packages:
    Custom plans are non-refundable once services have commenced unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
    How to Request a Refund:

    • To request a refund, simply contact our support team at Info@trackpad.com with your service details and reason for the request. We will review your case and get back to you within 5 business days.
    Note:
    Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
