If you are not satisfied with the services provided under any of our subscription plans, you may request a refund within the first 14 days of your subscription. The refund will be processed for unused services only. - Consultation Services:
For consultation services, refunds are available if the session was not fulfilled as per the scheduled time or if the expert support did not meet our service standards. Please submit your refund request within 7 days of the consultation. - Custom Packages:
Custom plans are non-refundable once services have commenced unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
